Delivery Times

• Allow 2 business days for Ontario deliveries, 4 business days for the East Coast and Manitoba, and 6 business days for B.C.
• There is a flat $29.99. delivery fee for any size order.
• WE DELIVER ALL YEAR LONG TO ALL UNIVERSITIES, COLLEGES AND HOME ADDRESSES.

Before You Place Your Order

• Please supply your student I.D.# in the NOTE section of the order form if you know it.
• Please ensure that you also include your Student I.D. number in the NOTE section of the on-line order form.
• We work very closely with the residence department to ensure packages are delivered to the correct residence.
• Again, if possible make sure to mention student ID# in comments section to help process.
• Please place you order as soon as possible just in case of stock supplies running short.
• ORDER AS SOON AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID STOCK ISSUES WITH CERTAIN PRODUCTS OR COLOURS.

School Information

McGill University

• New Residence, Residence Carrefour, and La Citadele need to order Pkgs.#2A and #2B only because the bed sizes range from 54″x80″ to 60″x80″ and only Queen size will fit.
• All other Residences including McDonald Campus beds are Twin/Single size, from regular to extra long so you must order the Twin/Single XL, Pkgs# 1A through to #1B.

University of Manitoba

• To ensure timely processing, please place Early Move-in orders by August 23rd and Regular Move-in orders by August 24th.
• For students staying in Pembina Hall, Mary Speechly, and University College, you will need Pkgs#1A through to #1B.
• For students staying in Arthur V. Mauro, you will need Pkgs#2A and #2B only.

Humber College

• PLEASE ALLOW 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
• All students moving into single rooms should order pkgs.#1A to #1B, sheetsets would be Twin XL.
• Students staying in Suite-style should order pkg. #2A or #2B, sheet sets would be Double/Queen.

University of British Columbia – Vancouver

• STUDENTS MOVING IN ON REGULAR MOVE IN PLEASE ALLOW 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
• To ensure timely processing, please place Jumpstart Move-in orders by August 22nd and Regular Move-in orders by August 24th.
• Please put your student number on order when prompted if you have it.
• WE DELIVER YEAR ROUND TO UBC.
• EMAIL US FOR MORE DELIVERY INFORMATION IF NOT SURE, WE WILL REPLY WITHIN 2 HOURS.

University of British Columbia - Okanagan

• FOR REGULAR MOVE IN STUDENTS PLEASE ALLOW 5 BUSNESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
• Please put your student number on order form when prompted if you have it.
• WE DELIVER YEAR ROUND TO UBC STUDENTS.
• To ensure timely processing, please place regular move-in orders by August 22nd

Queens University

• PLEASE ALLOW PLEASE ALLOW 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR DELIVERY.
• Please put your student number on order when prompted if you have it.
• To ensure timely processing, please place Early Move-in orders by August 23rd and Regular Move-in orders by August 26th.
• For students staying in ENDAAYAAN-TKANÓNSOTE, LEGGETT HALL, WATTS HALL, BRANT HOUSE, DAVID C. SMITH HOUSE, JDUC, please order packages 2A and 2B. all beds are Double/Queen in those residences. If you need extra sheets, order Double/queen size as well.
• For students staying in all other residences you can order packages 1A through to 1B, all sizes will be twin extra long.

Acadia University

• All rooms in ROY JODREY HALL and deluxe single rooms in CHASE COURT, EATON HOUSE, CHRISTOFER HALL, DENNIS HOUSE will use queen/double size packages 2A to 2B.
• All other residences use twin/single packages 1A to 1B.

BCIT

• All beds are twin/single, order packages 1A to 1B.

Trent University

• Gzowski College requires queen/double linen sets, packages 2A to 2B.
• Gzowski Annex and all other residences require twin/single linen packages 1A to 1B.

St. Thomas University

• All rooms require twin/single linen sets package 1A to 1B.
• Please order before August 21 for guaranteed on time delivery.

University of New Brunswick

• ORDER AS PER SPECIFICATIONS GUIDELINES PROVIDED BY UNIVERSITY OF NEW BRUNSWICK.

Return and Refund Policy

We will refund on products that are in their original and unopened packaging. Refunded products must be shipped prepaid to our warehouse. Once received and inspected refund will be issued on full purchase of product to original purchase credit card.
